Terms and Conditions — 5777cx Pakistan Gaming Platform

Inactive Account Policy

An account with a positive balance that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. 5777cx will notify the registered contact details of the player prior to any action being taken. Inactive account administrative fees may apply as per the schedule communicated in the notification.

All bets placed on 5777cx — whether on Live Casino games, Esports markets, Crash Games, Virtual Sports, or any other product — are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that product. Game-specific rules are available within each game's information section on the platform.

Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is not considered accepted until you receive a confirmation message on the 5777cx platform. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to technical issues, network failures, or session timeouts are not binding. 5777cx will not be liable for bets that were not confirmed and will not honour bets on the basis of a player's expectation that they were placed.

Esports and Sports Betting Specific Rules

For Esports betting markets on 5777cx, odds are quoted at the time of bet placement and locked in upon confirmation. For live in-play Esports bets, odds reflect the state of the match at the point of acceptance. Bets placed on matches that are subsequently cancelled will be voided and stakes returned in full. Matches postponed beyond 48 hours from the original scheduled start time will also be voided unless otherwise specified in the market rules.

Error and System Malfunction

In the event of a manifest error, system malfunction, or technical fault that results in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or any other material error being displayed or processed on 5777cx, we reserve the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Payouts made on the basis of manifest errors may be recovered from player balances. Players who knowingly exploit errors will have their accounts reviewed under the prohibited conduct provisions.

From time to time, 5777cx may offer bonuses, promotions, free bet credits, or enhanced odds to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the following general rules apply to all bonus offers on 5777cx:

Where closure follows a finding of prohibited conduct, 5777cx may retain the balance pending investigation and recovery of any losses attributable to the misconduct.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their 5777cx account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support@5777cx.ws. Any positive balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following identity verification. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the proceeds added to your final withdrawal.

5777cx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will notify registered players via email or on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
